3. Community Standards & Content Ethics

All published media, captions, infographics, and discussion prompts adhere strictly to Meta Community Standards:

• Zero tolerance for hate speech, violence, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful material.
• We proactively safeguard against false claims, fraudulent promotions, phishing scams, or misleading digital bait.
• We champion constructive dialogue, authentic creativity, and mutual respect among community participants.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

Neil Studio respects the intellectual property rights of all creative artists, photographers, and studios:

• Original graphics, articles, and short-form video assets created by Neil Studio are protected under applicable copyright regulations.
• Whenever third-party media is cited for critique, commentary, educational insight, or news reporting, we endeavor to credit original creators in good faith under Fair Use principles.
• Swift Takedown & Resolution Process: If you are a copyright holder or authorized representative and believe content on any of our Meta pages infringes upon your copyrighted work, please email your notice along with proof of ownership to: [email protected]. We will review and remediate (edit attribution or remove the asset) promptly within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Advertising & Commercial Transparency

Where social media posts involve application features, promotional announcements, or brand affiliations:
